Comments: Chaunigan Lake Lodge started as a fishing lodge in 1935 and history has proven that our greatest asset, after scenery, is our wild rainbow trout fishing. Our careful management and remote location has preserved our world-class rainbow trout lake fishing. The average fish size is 2 1/2 pounds. There are many days when experienced fly fishermen will catch 50 fish a day. In addition to the main lake we have boats on several walk- in lakes and easy access to stream fishing.  For a change of pace try one of the 6 fly-in fishing lakes within a 70 mile radius of Chaunigan Lake. All these remote lakes are equipped with boats.  There's an adventure for everyone! Experience flyfishing, fresh water fishing, hiking, nature trails, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking and much more.
