Hello Adam, thank you for writing in. With mono temperature especially
colder temps will have an effect on the limpness of the monofilament.
If you are testing the braided lines you will notice little or no
effect. This has to do with the type of polymers that is used with
monofilaments on the market today. With the new technology out there
today the new lines are less effected then the ones made ten years
ago. With the mono lines you might see a noticeable difference in
the higher temperatures. This will increase the flexibility as the
line becomes warmer. As always if you have any further questions
